1. Troubleshoot the problem

We recommend first troubleshooting your problem, in order to save considerable time and money.

2. Contact your distributor

Our distributors are trained to provide excellent product support and handling of service requests. For better assistance, have your device serial number ready (located on the bottom of your monitor).
